Deliveries 

We aim to deliever all items within 3-5 working days from the order being placed.

You may select one of the following two delivery methods at the final billing page:

Standard Delivery (3-4 working days): £2.50
Special Delivery Next Day: £3.00. Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays(UK Only)

All postage costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE All delivery addresses must match card holders address.

I need to return an item.

You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 7 working days from the date of the order.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our ourselves, unless sent via special delivery.

    • How do I return an item I ordered online?

    If you wish to return an item, please return it, in it's original package to the following address:

    Please use returns form provided, giving full details why the item is being returned. You will need to ring us for a returns authorisation number which must be marked clearly on the package.

    Cancellations prior to dispatch.

    Should you need to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a £4.95 administrative charge subject to conditions. It is only be possible to cancel an order if we are given 48 hours notice before 9.00am on the designated delivery date. If we receive less than 48 hours notice before 9.00am on the designated delivery date you will be refunded your money less 50%, on the condition that your order has not been processed. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been processed. Any refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased.
