Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a £4.95 administrative charge subject to conditions. It is only be possible to cancel an order if we are given 48 hours notice before 9.00am on the designated delivery date. If we receive less than 48 hours notice before 9.00am on the designated delivery date you will be refunded your money less 50%, on the condition that your order has not been processed. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been processed. Any refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of the Fashion Guru website will be subject to prosecution. We know of no documented cases of card fraud using our payment system on this website. You are entitled to cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf.

In order to process your payment you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details including postcode together with those of the recipient and all necessary payment details. By completing the order form you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. Submitting your order form is subject to our acceptance of this offer. When we issue written confirmation of acceptance by email your order has been accepted. This message will reconfirm your order including confirmation of your gift card message. We will not consider ourselves bound by any contract with you until we have issued this confirmation. We cannot accept order forms from customers under the age of 18 years. Once your payment has been processed we will send you a confirmation email as receipt of payment.
